Nigella's watermelon salad

I made this tonight from her Forever Summer cookbook. It is terrific. My DH pronounced it company food. It is basically red onion sliced very thinly and marinated in lime juice until bright pink. Then combine that with cubed watermelon, cubed feta, torn flat leaf parsley, torn mint leaves, black oilves and olive oil. I used kalamata olives in oil and brine and it was good. I think Sicilian olives and fruity olive oil would be better but that was what I could get today
