Ok, so I have a question. Nick and Eddies got a great review from Kathy Jenkins in today's Pioneer Press. I had a really bad dinner there. I mean really bad. With the exception of a couple of items (the gnocci comes to mind), all four of us had food that was either blah or seasoned beyond being edible. So here's the question. Do people feel that there's a community of food professionals here that cover for each other? I mean the pedigrees of the folks who work there seem impressive. It's just the food that didn't. I think I remember reading of several experiences like mine on this board. Have they improved? Or did KJ go to a different restaurant? Or did they know who she is? Just interested.
