Naples' Charlie Chiang's has started serving Dim Sum Saturday and Sunday 11:30-2:30, and it's very good, on a par with spots in Hong Kong, according to a well travelled Chinese diner.
I've been there twice for Dim Sum. Each item is cooked fresh to order. They aren't busy enough to do the cart routine, so every item is fresh. The chefs are direct from China, and know their stuff
Charlie Chiang's is pretty inside, and has a back large patio on the river-watch eagles and kingfisher birds dine.
. It's in the Doubletree Guest Suites, 0.6 miles north of Immokalee Rd, on 41, in Naples. I was a regular at Bo Ling's till it closed over a year ago, and many folks went into Dim Sum withdrawal. You will be very pleased at Charlie Chiang's food.
Some favorites of what I tried are: tender Shrimp Toast for $4, The Beef Noodle Soup ((9.25) is a savory sleeper, with a wonderfully seasoned light savory broth, spaghetti like noodles, and a goodly portion of deliciously tender beef slices. I flipped over the Steamed Chicken with Ginger and Scallions for $6. The very tasty Roast duck for only $10, gets very high ratings. Beef short ribs are a good portion of delicate bone-in ribs. Thedon Noodle Soup with Tempura shrimp and Vegetables for $10-this can be a whole lunch.

Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant opened several months ago in the Bed, Bath and Beyond Plaza, Airport and Pine Ridge, and it has very good quality food. We sampled, sushi, sashimi, Hibachi Steak and Lobster, and Tempura items- all passed with flying colors. The food is beautifully plated. I'll have a blog report soon.
Blue Fish has a large open room, and a smaller hibachi room, full bar, and sushi bar.
