Nautical Mile in Freeport. Less costs more

Went to Bracco's last Thursday night. The food was disappointing. The appeal of the place is the bar scene.Whatever seafood we ordered was fried served on paper plates with a rolls of paper towels which you tore off (why not toilet paper) serving as napkins. The utensils were plastic ie forks, no knives were presented. The seven fried scallops I was served were decent, not under nor overly fried, and one slice of tomato and an order of frozen french fries were included. My companions had the same presentation no matter what was ordered -shrimp,or fish. Prices were the mid teens to low twenties. Go for the liquor but go nix the food.
