'evening friends. Work travel will take me to Nantes, FR for a conference in the latter half of September, and I'll have a couple of free days to make my way from Paris to Nantes.
I've been really spellbound by the wine from Loire, especially the more curious red natural (or "traditional") wines from Chinon and Bougueil. I'd also like to make my way to Vouvray. I'll have a rental car to get around, and I'd love any advice you could share on some wineries to visit that focus on natural wine styles, and restaurants in those areas.
EDIT: Original post was badly written and suggested red from Vouvray. Onzieme set me straight. Corrected above.
