looking for Moulard legs and magret

I have been ordering from D'Artagnan but would rather avoid the $25 fedex charge and find Moulard legs and magrets locally (prefer ease of the parts at the moment but will settle for a whole duck plus legs). I have tried a couple Whole Foods, Vicente foods, and the poultry stall at the 3d St Farmers Market and not only do they not carry them, their butchers haven't even heard of Moulards. Does anyone know where I can find these products in LA, and why they are evidently so exotic?
