Mini Covid19 stay-at-home seafood dinner featuring international ingredients and cooking techniques

Charles Yu | Jun 26, 202004:34 PM     1

Taking advantage of BC Spotted Prawns sale at T&T supermarket ( $29.99 a pound! ), I decided to create a 'Mini-Seafood Dinner' for my wife and myself!

- Steamed fresh French Turbot with ginger, scallions and cilantro, premium soy sauce, sizzling oil.

- Pan fried BC Spotted Prawns, a la plancha, with EVOO. Finished off with butter, minced garlic and Maggi/soy sauce mix. Rough with an edge presentation but tasted darn good.....especially the heads, packed with orange brains inside the crispy/crunchy shells!

.......finish off with a couple of dessert from 'DUO'.....Raspberry Pistachio cream shortbread tart and Dark Chocolate, hazelnut fudge and mousse cake.
