Thanks miffy - Thai breakfast (soy milk, fresh)

Thanks, miffy, for the comments on Sunset Siam. I haven't yet been for the stewed pork leg (I will), but have been twice for Thai breakfast. Fresh soy juice and fried doughnuts - the latter identical to the Chinese sort (fried stick!).

First time, went at 10:30 AM. Soy juice turned out to be fresh, with soft sheet-curds and green gelatinous balls and pearl barley cooked in. Quite good, with some decent doughnuts.

Went again today, at 6:30 AM. Ordered same thing. Soy juice was steaming, utterly fresh, and very delightful, and the doughnuts were fresh-fried. Drop in bits of the donuts, slurp it all down. Very excellent.

Total cost: $2.25.

It's been awhile since I've been to Yuho or whatever the name is in San Gabe - I suspect Yuho is a bit better, though I can't remember precisely. But this is in Thai Town.
