Mexican bakery in Tampa / New Tampa / Pasco county?

I loved the Panaderia Santa Fe bakery in Fort Wayne, IN, but it's been 10 years and I'm going crazy for Mexican pastries and rolls and cookies and... The bakery looked like the health department should descend, if only because it contained numerous OPEN bakery racks of truly luscious baked goods. When you walked in the door, someone handed you a cafeteria tray and a pair of tongs, and you picked and chose. There were several glass-doored cases along the walls, but everything else was wide open and the place was crammed and everyone from the staff to the customers was very, very happy. Prices were phenomenally low; you could walk out with a bag of carbohydrate goodness for just a few bucks...

Anyway, I miss this place fiercely! There's a HUGE Latino contingent in the area, but the closest thing I've found to a bakery is Don Pan (which is Cuban, not Mexican), and while it's good, it's not what I'm looking for. Panederia is downright rustic in its offerings; there are no fancy frosted desserts. I have found bags of conchas at Save-A-Lot, of all places, but they're not just-out-of-the-oven fresh by ANY means, and there used to be a grocery store between Dade City and Zephyrhills that might've gotten their small selection from someplace local, but they've closed.

I'm desperate, ya'll! Any suggestions, please? I'd rather not have to drive to south Hillsborough if I don't have to, but at this point, I'd make the trip.

Thanks so much!
