The latest eatery from Chef David Kinch of Manresa is Mentone in Aptos. Opening today, Wednesday, March 25, it will debut with take out from a limited menu of wood-fired pizzas, salads, cocktails, and wine.

Curbside pick-up will be available from 4pm-till sold out Wednesdays-Sundays. Orders can be placed online at https://www.toasttab.com/mentone/v3
