Help! Mayo too garlicky

I made some honemade garlic mayo. It came together but I put waaaay too much raw garlic in it. It's soo garlicky and bitter. Besides mixing it with more mayo (don't want to waste another 2 cups of olive oil) is there any cooked application for mayo? I'm thinking if I cook it the garlic will mellow...
Thoughts?

I'm thinking like a "baked dynamite/volcano" sort of thing?
