Local Philly hounds...Has anyone been to Matyson in the past few weeks and had any of the following dishes:
crispy duck leg confit (special)
foie gras appetizer
I went on Sat. night with a friend and we loved everything. But as non-cooks we are totally blanking on the preparations of the three above dishes. My memory is a sea of tini broccoli, spaetzle, and something sweet but non-figgy!
