I have had wonderful marrow at Le Zinc, but it is presently off the menu ... am told it will return ...
I wondered about the blood sausage? Does anyone know where to buy some good ones ... I have had wonderful ones from Clonakilty in IRL, and was wondering of there was an equivalent in NYC?
