I have a ton of beef ribs, chicken breasts and pork chops leftover from a bbq that are not cooked, just marinated. What is the best way to freeze them? They were not frozen before. Should I cook them first, then freeze? I would like to just freeze them raw because I am thinking they would taste better freshly grilled when thawed. Should I try to dry them off with paper towels before I freeze, or freeze with the liquid? Thnaks.
