Mallery's Grazin Meats - Skillman (Princeton area)

Foody4life | Mar 13, 201506:45 AM

hidden in a small development at the corner of 601 and 518 is Mallery's Grazin Meats - our favorite local butcher for great steaks and more!

The beef is from their own grass fed cattle raised on farms in NJ, NY and VA.

While it's graded as USDA Choice, the ribeyes that we bought last night were excellent. Hand cut to our request of about 1.5" thick, they grilled up great. The marbling throughout enhanced the flavor and juiciness (if that's a meat term)!

The ribeyes were a bit pricey at $20.99/lb but we've cut back on our beef consumption and are more than happy to support a local farmer.

They also have a shop at the Stockton market and sell thru a few grocery chains.
