convinced that the key component to a great taco is a fresh steaming hot corn tortilla ive decided to make my own.
i bought two flours: masa harina and blue cornmeal.
the prep is easy enough mix with water and work...but i do not have a tortilla press or the traditional flat heavy iron skillet (name of which presently escapes me).
will simply rolling out with wax paper and a heavy pan work just as well? TIA!
