So, we get these insanely thick, cake like pancakes at the Wynn casino's cafe. We have had success with dozens of pancake recipes, but they just aren't the style we want to replicate.
We like the ones that are seriously like 3/4" thick (not exaggerating!), have bottoms that look like cakes. Do you think they make them in the oven or some oven/flattop combo? Do they let the dough sit? Extra leavener? Help!
