Just got a Cuisinart ice cream maker. Excited to start.
I want to make thick, creamy ice cream out of goat milk to resemble Haagen Daaz. What can I add to my recipe?
I tried Laloos' but I heard it's low fat and it doesn't taste very creamy. ):
I heard fat is what gives ice cream its quality, and I am all for fat.
I avoid cow milk (the only thing I can tolerate is butter) and gluten. So, I can't use heavy cream.
I am okay with coconut oil, butter, and avocado but not sure if these are something I can add to my ice cream to make it creamier.
I am hoping to add in goat milk, eggs, and raw honey.
