I took a pork chop out of the freezer yesterday morning and let it defrost in the fridge all day, with the intention of cooking it last night. I marinated it, but never got a round to cooking it. I was out tonight and will be out tomorrow. The earliest I'll be able to cook it will be Friday. I guess it's no big deal if I have to throw it out, but I am wondering if I wanted to eat it on Friday, will it still be okay?
