went to littlefork last night for the last night of DineLA. A DineLA experience that ranks right up there with Craft: great food; warm, attentive service; a beautiful space; and a good value ($35 for dinner). The oyster sliders (not on the DineLA menu) were delicious and perfection in a small bite. There was not a wrong note in this meal from beginning to end: we had the clam chowder which I enjoyed but unfortunately I recalled the sorry version I recently had at Connie and Ted's; brisket with rye toast; mussels(did not find them salty as some have on this board); rib-eye (cooked perfectly medium rare) with onion rings; and dessert(maple custard pie and a chocolate custard) with french press coffee. The cocktails make this place destination-worthy too. I had a great Old Fashioned and the ice cube was a work of art. Loved the attention to detail at this restaurant.
