Lion Pavilion (Kew Gardens) - question about ox tongue ->

Lion Pavilion, a recently opened Sichuan
restaurant in Kew Gardens, Queens, has an
appetizer on their menu described as
"Ox Tongue & Tripe with Roasted Chili-Peanut Vinaigrette". Has anyone had this dish there
(or elsewhere)? Is ox tongue really used or
or is it beef tongue? Is there even such a thing
as ox tongue? And what kind of tripe do you suppose
it is? BTW, any comments about the cuisine
served at this new establishment? It's very
new and I'm curious but I've been ill so I haven't
been able to go on any culinary expeditions
in a while.
