Leftover red wine and beef broth--ideas?

I don't drink red wine, so the obvious solution is out ... the leftovers are from Smitten Kitchen's mushroom bourguignon. I'm looking for ideas that are as different as possible from what I just made ... and this time I plan to use meat. Any ideas???
