leftover cream-puffs?

A compatriot went to Beard Papa's in SF for the first time today. We wanted to sample the hype. The verdict: yum.

The problem: too many! We were thinking of the stereotypical donut-hole-sized cream puff, not the giant reality of Beard Papa's. We wound up with one and a half dozen... for four people. These are tasty, but I've had two and I'm just about done in.

Any ideas on what I might be able to do with the leftovers that would still be tasty? What's nice about their fresh cream puffs is that they're all crunchy, and that will be gone by tomorrow. Can I stack them together and drizzle with something and pretend they're cake? Something else that might be yummy without the need for crisp?
