I must retract my earlier statement about Vespa, in which I opined that their pasta was inconsistent. I had the duck ragu last night and IT ROCKED!! They'll be changing over to a Spring menu any day, so if you B-more hounds are looking for something to do this weekend, consider checking this one out. Lots of duck, elegantly seasoned, and perfect with a decent Tuscan wine (Chianti et al) off the wine list.
