I recently had lunch with a large group at the Kylesku Hotel, on the west coast of Scotland, north of Ullapool. It is located in a very pretty spot and offers a wide variety of delicious seafood.
The specialty of the house are langoustines, which are served rather dramatically impaled on a stake. There is plenty of other seafood to choose from. The Cullen Skink (a seafood chowder) is also quite good.
