One of the lesser-known fish head noodle places, but which offered a really delicious rendition: fresh (pre-fried or un-fried)fish head pieces, salted mustard, tomatoes & ginger soup, given an extra milky-richness with the addition of evaporated milk .
One can also choose between adding “mai fun” (thin rice noodles) or “yee meen” (roasted egg noodles) – I chose to have my fish soup sans the noodles. It was substantial, had a delicious sourish tinge, and with perfectly-cooked pieces of fish head.
