This place has pumpkins, hayrides, and petting animals. It's off a residential street and though I've often driven by, I have never gone in. Recently they have been in the news because of neighborhhod complaints about the odors from a pig "finishing" building constructed a few years ago. The complaining parties say it has become a factory farm.
Do any CHers have solid information as to whether pigs there are treated better than those in other states which supply the pork sold in supermarkets here? And, if so, where their meat is sold? The farm does not seem to have a store. It does have a website but that is primarily devoted to the zoning controversy and offering rentals of carriages and wagons for special events.
