Kosher?

Houcasey | Jan 21, 201501:37 PM     6

I had lunch at a Jewish deli today. I had my usual pastrami on rye and my friend had a Rueben.
Now I'm pretty sure this particular deli isn't Kosher but I've seen Rueben sandwiches at other Jewish deli's and it made me wonder why?
Surely corned beef with a slice of cheese on top can't be kosher?
I'm not Jewish or I would most likely know the answer to this but can anyone satisfy my curiosity?
