I'm very interested in making my own kombucha. Does anyone in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe area have a kombucha SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) you would be willing to share or sell a bit of?
Also, I missed the very interesting fermentation festival held here earlier this year. Does anyone know of any local person or organization giving workshops on that sort of thing at other times of the year?
