I have never had a wine fridge until now. My house is kept fairly consistently in the 72ish range. I have heard it said that consistency of conditions is the most important aspect of aging wine (assume no damaging temperatures, of course). So now I have this nifty wine fridge and some '94 Warres. I assume it ought to go into the wine fridge for the next decade. Anyone think the jolt from 72 to 55 will be harmful? Don't worry about old cabs. I drank them all!
