Pardon my ignorace. I have read much about Kababish of Orleans, but nothing about Kababish of London of Devon. I assume these establishments are unrelated. I had the doner kebab roll at the Devon snack shop recently, and it was one of the best I've had. It took a long time to prepare (for a sandwich) but the finished product was great. Complex spice, juicy meat with the requisite crunchy bits, crisp vegetables, all on a big, baked-to-order nan. Supposedly, this is the lone US outpost of a British mini-chain. There is a big photo of Her Majesty on the wall. Tongue in cheek? I'm sure Zim or Rene will quickly lead me to their extensive discussion of this place.
