Monday night I was browsing Trader Joe’s in Morgan Hill and noticed one of my favorite cheeses, Jasper Hill's Harbison on the shelf. Not only was I surprised to see something of such limited production at TJ's but I was floored by the price. Other shops charge $22 to $25 for a 9-ounce wheel, whereas TJ's has priced it at $12.99.
