I just came back from this restaurant in Melbourne where we had a dish called "Yukke" that consisted of raw beef, sesame oil, sliced cucumber, raw egg, green onions, sesame seeds and some other stuff (probably soy sauce and sugar?).
It was very very tasty! I'm now desperate for a recipe.
Some preliminary web searches indicated it might be derived from a Korean raw beef dish called "yuk pibimpap" (sp?), but no recipes to be found.
