Itinerary Review - Paris and Nice, September 2015

flavadav | Jul 16, 201511:16 AM     29

My wife and I will be traveling to Paris for 6 days, then take a train to Nice for 6 day before returning for one night in Paris.
We have done extensive research and gained a lot of insight due to the wonderful members of this board, so already a huge thanks to everyone here!

Currently our Paris itinerary is as follows
Arrive Saturday at CDG around 11:30, taxi to our lodging near the Eiffel Tower

Lunch at Cafe Constant - Not sure we will be checked in and settled before most places close for lunch so right now planning to eat here as they serve all day

Dinner at Bistro Belhara - read great things but now nervous due to the recent press that it may be a bit too "trendy", also concerned jet lag will make it difficult to last until a 19:30 reservation so considering other lunch/dinner options for Saturday

Sunday
Lunch - Clamato
Dinner - Terroir Parisien

Monday
Lunch - David Toutain
DInner - Ze Kitchen Galerie

Tuesday
Lunch - Grand Coeur
Dinner - Sola

Wednesday
Lunch - Open
Dinner - Yam'Tcha

Thursday
Lunch - Pages
Dinner - Chez Drumonet

Anyone see any red flags? Prefer another place over one of our current selections?
Any and all recommendations or advice are greatly appreciated!

Nice Agenda

Friday
Dinner - Les Pecheurs

Saturday
Lunch - Le Safari
Dinner - Bistro Gourmand

Sunday
Lunch - Cafe Turin
Dinner - Poseidon

Monday - Thursday
We plan to walk by a bunch of places on Fri/Sat/Sun and will determine which of those we want to try, selecting from the list below.

L'ecole de Nice
Kamogawa
Bistro Des Viviers
le Vingt4
l'Ane Rouge
Agua
Bistro D' Antoine
Chez Juliette
Chez Palmyre
Le Bistro Du Fromage
La Rossetterissie
Le Petite Coccote
Au Petit Gari
L'effervesence

if anyone has any experience with any of these or would suggest any others, we would love to hear about them!

Thanks!

David and Tina
