Thank you all for your suggestions in the Village. Ithaka was charming, and the food was delightful. Had the best sweetbreads I've found in a restaurant in years and huge prawns with heads still on char-grilled with just a touch of lemon and olive oil. But I need help with an appetizer-a garlic spread (pure garlic) and I don't remember the name. It was almost pure white and fluffy-would like to know it's base--it was like heaven!!!!
