I have some bannana peppers coming up in my garden. Can anyone suggest a recipe for stuffing with Italian sausage? I'm thinking its pretty simple and you just stuff the peppers with some good ground sausage meat, sprinkle with fresh grated cheese (Parmesan, Manchego, Romano etc.) then bake in the oven. I suppose I would also add some marinara sauce. Also I'm thinking about grilling these instead of putting in the oven. Any thoughts/comments?
