ISO New York style Cheesecake

I just returned from a quick business trip to NY and had the best lip-smacking, mouth watering, heart pounding, New York style cheesecake from a bakery called Two Little Red Hens* (on the Upper East Side). It was perfect, basic cheesecake. Light, creamy, ungarnished -- just a perfect combination of cream cheese, egg, sugar, cream and vanilla. No ricotta and none of those garish garnishments like Oreo cookies, chocolate chips, or (egad!) fruit!

So my question, where can I find good, or even decent, NY-style cheesecake in Los Angeles?

*Heck, Two Little Red Hens also makes great gingerbread cookies and chocolate crinkle cookies, but I'm not a big chocolate fan ... And for thos LA Chowhounds who love cupcakes, this place makes a concoction called the Brooklyn Blackout Cupcake that almost mimics a chocolate souffle (from, say, L'Orangerie), but this one oozes with thick chocolate pudding. Evil critters that would make both your cardiologist and dentist cringe with horror.
