ISO Great Peking Duck

Never had it before, and would like to try a great rendition. Crispy skin, moist meat, scallions or cukes, hoisin, pancakes. I think these are the traditional building blocks. Can I get a good one in Chinatown or do I need to drive to SGV? Living on the westside, I am more likely to get to the Chinatown bird sooner. And I know better than to ask whether a good one can be had in my neck of the woods, but if I am wrong, please let me know. Thanks!!
