Our family is going on an extended car trip this summer. I'm looking for ideas for healthy (and teen-friendly) recipes to make and freeze ahead of time for lunches and dinners. Since we usually won't have access to a kitchen or microwave, we need foods that just need to be thawed, not reheated.
My ideas so far include pasta salads, chicken wings, and gazpacho. Maybe frittata?
