Indochine on Dundas

Ate here for lunch and had the Malaysian curried chicken served with Malay Roti Canai, which I had been looking for in earlier posts on this board.

Overall it was quite disappointing with chicken swimming in sweet coconut milk, very little curry spicing, and the chicken tasting like it was a day old or more; the roti were like greasy little pancakes and not the light flaky flatbreads of KL.

Have had their lunchtime chinese specials before which are not bad (~5 each, extras are extra) but the Malay food is really not good.

Hopefully will make it out to Restoran Malaysia sometime soon, and the other nice recommendations made below. Malaysian Food seems to be popping up all over lately, however, as I just found a flyer for a Thai/Malay place on Danforth near Woodbine. Perhaps the next frontier for curry in TO.
