Do you know who imports their dough as Hard Times pizza used too

Hard Times longer is owned by the orignal owner whom i've met but who name escapes me at the moment. When he had the west hollywood store the one i used to frequent I used to talk to the employees and saw the dough come out of plastic containers that came from brookln new does anyone remember the suppiler of that dough...because he was not the only one they delivered it too.........The other thing was that dough was the magic touch needed to get the new york city style taste. I am native california born and raised and was always a great fan of Hard Times Pizza.
Everyone on the site touts Mulberry Street ........but i'm looking for another hole in the wall like Hard Times who also get there dough from the same supplier....and I don't care about casa bi anca in eagle rock or Mr.diamono on Fairfaix these are a joke and do not import there dough from the supplier i mentioned.
