Need help identifying a Chinese dish, PLEASE!!

T-D. | Feb 10, 200301:14 PM

In the 800 block of North Broadway, on the east side of the street, in the newer section of China Town, I always pass a table with a little old lady selling goodies. One item she sells is like a fried patty, with scallions and shrimp in it. It is crunchy like tempura, but much harder, and a bit chewy when it gets cold. I have no idea what it is called, and it is DELICIOUS. Can anyone tell me the name of it?

Thank you!
