Ideas for All Meals-No Freezer or Microwave

Ms.Hangry | Jan 4, 201602:43 PM     10

I am going to college soon and I need to opt out of the meal plan due to a tomato/grapefruit allergy (and also the meal plan is pricey)! For those who opt out of the meal plan, they receive a large empty bin in the cafeteria that they can fill with their own personal groceries. I will not have a freezer or microwave/oven, so cooking will be a challenge. I will most likely have a small fridge, however I need ideas for food that can go in my room temp. bin, as well as meal ideas for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I am a healthy eater, but also need to be flexible due to the situation. Thank you!!
