I'm baffled. I went to the local Chinese / Thai restaurant and got Hunan beef and scallop. Big pile of meat and vegetables and rice... after eating it (and an hour later) I am hungrier than if I had eaten nothing at all. Is it the MSG? Is there something else in there that made me feel as though I was starving? I was quite miffed with the whole experience; any feedback to help me avoid repeating this would be greatly appreciated.
