Hummus Place

Surprised to see they haven't gotten much attention here yet:

A new Israeli place serving just three variations on a dish - Hummus with Fava beans and hard boiled egg (Hummus Full), Mesabacha (Hummus with whole chickpeas and lemon/garlic sauce) and Hummus with extra tahini. All priced around $5, very fresh and using very good tahini they import from Nablus. By far the best Hummus I've had here. (You might want to ask for a reduced amount of oil)

The operation is, at this point, amazingly amateurish, with three waitresses hardly managing to serve 5 tables and pita breads being heated in a toaster oven, two at a time, with the cook flipping them using his fingers and obviously getting burned. Hopefully they'll get better organized soon.
