House of Sichuan/Macau Gourmet in Cupertino?

Melanie Wong | Sep 21, 200402:31 AM

Sunday night I stopped off in Cupertino on my way back to the City intending to grab a bite at House of Sichuan. But, no dice, as the place was packed (as any good Chinese place should be on Sundays) and I didn't feel like waiting.

I did grab a couple menus before moving on. Recently they've brought in a Cantonese chef and offer a full Cantonese menu alongside the Sichuan food, including dim sum. Given the name, I was hoping to see some Macau-style dishes, but nothing on the menu jumps out at me.

Any updates on either side of this schizophrenic restaurant?
