This great, and I do mean great, article was in the Globe's New England Travel section yesterday. The writer, a guy named Ted Weesner, seems like a real hound. I initially turned to the article because they highlighted Full Moon, mentioned well here, and a Cambodian place I just haven't gotten to yet. But they seem to be his "high-end" place. He explores South and Central American taquerias and holes in the wall, places where the dirty signs obscure the view, but only obscure the food if you're not peripatetic enough...My kind of guy!
I've saved the article, and am planning on crawling thru Lynn sometime soon. If your Globe is in the recycling bin already, you might wannah print it out for future refernce, because I think articles are only free online for a week. Unfortunately, the online version doesn't include the sidebar, with the names and numbers of the restaurants.
