Host the evening before noma?

eggandchips | Jul 1, 201508:34 AM

I have a table in noma for lunch in July. I'm delighted. I will be arriving in copenhagen the evening before and will need to eat at some stage! I really like the look of 'Host' but i'm worried it will take some of the gloss off noma the next day. They both appear to be on a similar new nordic vibe and i'm not familar with this style of cooking. Its a touch of 'dont want to ruin the surprise anxiety' i have. So, grab a cheeseburger and wait for the main event or book Host and be hopefully blown away twice in 24 hrs? Steer me on the right path chowhounders! (PS i'm perfectly aware this is a ridiculous problem to have)
