I mean why didnt she say what type of food she ate prior to tge experiment and compare it to what she ate during and initially after and after weight loss. Even if she ate whatever she wanted in moneration why didnt she explain that? And did she cook fresh meals for her and her family normally or did she buy frozen precooked food (if so was it diet or regular meals). And if she cooked did she cook any recipe she wanted in moneration (cookies cooked the traditional way, buttery cheesy pasta in small portions) or all food in moneration but cooked lean, no butter, cream, oils or fried food and no desserts? Or did she follow a strict health regiment? I know she said to loose the weight she ate lowfat, but if her point is anybody can get thin and theres no excuse to be fat then she should explain what she did in more detail. I hope this question isnt irrelevant, thats why im trying to stick to the food part not tge other negative parts of the experiment. Like when she ate a big cheese burger and fried poratis (chips) does she normally eat that in moneration or has it been months or years since?
