Husband and I are traveling to Hong Kong for the first time this fall - for, among other things, a week of culinary exploration. I already have a list of many specific restaurant recommendations but, never having been there, we wonder: more generally, which neighborhoods are best for chow? In particular, we'd like to spend our time in areas frequented more by locals than tourists, where we can do a "crawl" of great street food and non-fancy restaurants. (Is Central chow-friendly? Is "Hollywood," or is it just tourist traps?)
Thanks in advance!
